About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Processing Specialist to join our team at Helix. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and processing data to ensure its accuracy, integrity, and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
  • Maintain and update data records regularly to ensure information is current.
  • Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed.
  • Work closely with various departments to support their data needs and requirements.
  • Perform filing, copying, and assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in data entry, data processing, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
