We are seeking an experienced Account Manager I to act as the face of the company for customer questions, concerns, and inquiries, as well as hold accountability over all follow-on business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Protect and Grow Core Accounts
  • Manage assigned accounts, build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships that are strategically beneficial to both parties.
  • Collaborate with clients to refine requirements to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to the customer's needs and objectives.
  • Identify and Pursue Growth Opportunities
  • Actively promote services and support opportunities that can expand customer growth.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • Primary Liaison between customer and site Functional Leads in terms of communication of product cost, delivery schedule, performance, and other related information and deliverables.
  • Resolve Customer Issues
  • Responsible for overseeing the timely resolution of any identified or reported Customer Account issues.
  • Provide Regular Updates and Insights
  • Forecast and track Key Account metrics; On Time Delivery, Extension Requests, Warranty Returns, Quality and Customer Satisfaction.
  • Provide Customer with pertinent weekly account status updates.
  • Support Business Development
  • Consults with Business Development Team to identify and vet new business opportunities within assigned or new accounts.
  • Provide key customer account or product metrics in support of planned BD customer meetings.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
  • Works with site Functional Leads to acquire accurate data of customer accounts, to inform and assure Leadership has a firm understanding of the current state of customer accounts.
  • Assess process gaps relating to bid losses or changes in customer requirement to determine root causes and solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 Years of Account Management, Business Development, or equivalent experience.
