Key Responsibilities:
  • Learning Content Design & Development: Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to design engaging, high-quality learning materials for various delivery formats, including instructor-led, online self-paced, virtual, and blended learning.
  • Consultation and Collaboration: Partner with Learning and Development Performance Consultants to identify learning needs, define clear learning objectives, and design solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Conduct research to stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in instructional design and adult learning, and develop new instructional design processes and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of learning solutions.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 years of Instructional Design, Learning & Development experience with demonstrated experience developing effective, innovative, and interactive instructor-led training and/or workshops.
  • A bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or related field is required. In lieu of a degree, relevant experience or a combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Strong experience in adult learning theory, learning needs/root cause analysis, and evaluating training effectiveness.
