Providence Portland Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Float Pool team. As a Float Pool RN, you will have the opportunity to work in various departments and units within the hospital, providing high-quality patient care and supporting our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to patients in various departments and units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide coverage for other RNs as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
- 1 year of nursing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
