In this role, you will oversee patient scheduling and provide specialized administrative support within the Heart and Vascular Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage intricate scheduling for both inpatient and outpatient Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology procedures.
- Communicate surgical schedules effectively to professional offices.
- Address and resolve scheduling conflicts in a timely manner.
- Accurately enter patient charges for billing and maintain surgical records for business intelligence purposes.
- Conduct thorough research on patient charges and escalate issues as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with management, staff, and physicians to ensure seamless communication throughout the department.
