The Nursing Assistant will provide high-quality care to our residents, assisting with daily living activities and supporting the licensed nursing staff in delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily living activities, including dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, and toileting.
- Provide basic care and support to residents, including transferring, transporting, and escorting as needed.
- Report and record observations and results of treatments, tests, and procedures as instructed.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
- Encourage independence, participation in activities, and restorative programs.
- Successful completion of a State-approved geriatric nursing assistant training program.
- Active C.N.A. certification in the State of Florida.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic.
- A competitive hourly rate of $15.00 - $22.50.
