Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a leadership professional in Austin. As a BCBA at Kyo, you will be responsible for overseeing client programs and managing staff implementation of ABA services. Your expertise will also be utilized to supervise behavior therapists and program supervisors, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct client programs and manage staff implementation of ABA services.
  • Supervise behavior therapists and program supervisors.
  • Conduct observations and assessments in various settings.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Inform clients about behavior plans and goals, monitor progress, and communicate with families and staff.

Mentoring Responsibilities
As a leader at Kyo, you will have the opportunity to mentor and guide behavior therapists, providing them with the necessary support and guidance to excel in their roles. This will involve delivering quarterly performance reviews, acting as a responsible supervisor for BACB coursework, and providing individualized mentorship to mentees.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • MA degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive from client to client and to leadership meetings.
