Facility Maintenance Lead Role

Position Overview

The Facility Maintenance Lead is responsible for overseeing the maintenance department and coordinating event logistics. Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the maintenance team in facility upkeep and repairs

  • Operate various motorized equipment as needed
  • Implement necessary corrective measures

Supervisory Duties
Oversee the housekeeping staff during shifts, including training, task assignment, and resolving employee concerns.

Qualifications

Education and Experience
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Minimum of 5 years in sports or entertainment facility management
At least 2 years in a leadership position
