Job Summary

The Commercial Lines Transaction Specialist plays a vital role in managing daily insurance transactions, including endorsements, maintaining accurate customer policy information, and handling mail processes. This role supports account managers and customer service agents, ensuring compliance with carrier guidelines and data accuracy in the agency system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Policy Transactions: Accurately and promptly handle policy changes, renewals, cancellations, and other transaction-related tasks.
  • Maintain Policy Records: Update and manage client policy information within the agency management system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company and carrier standards.
  • Document Management: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including distributing, filing, and scanning documents as necessary.
  • Collaboration with Team: Work closely with account managers and customer service agents to ensure smooth transaction workflows and accurate documentation.
  • Compliance & Carrier Guidelines: Ensure all processes and transactions comply with insurance carrier guidelines and internal policies.
  • Invoicing and Billing: Process and verify invoices, payments, and billing transactions as required.
  • Client Service Support: Assist in responding to client inquiries related to policy transactions, ensuring a high level of service.
