About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Specialist to join our team at Prince Telecom. As a Quality Control Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality and customer service standards are met in our in-home fulfillment services sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform quality control checks remotely on pictures uploaded to the client's drive.
  • Select audits by working with operations supervisors and managers to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Perform field audits for accuracy of marks and compliance with applicable state laws, regulations, and contractual obligations per clients.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on quality failures.
  • Complete all applicable forms and documents required for the auditing and investigation processes and communicate audits and investigation findings with quality assurance and operations management.
  • Provide frequent and ongoing feedback to the field to improve quality results and reduce damages.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Leadership qualities.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, including Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suite.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to plan, organize, multi-task, prioritize and re-prioritize daily workload and work with minimum supervision and the ability to meet deadlines, establish deadlines, and to prioritize deadlines.
  • Strong ability to work remotely without being distracted.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
