About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Operations Manager to oversee all culinary operations for our location. This is a key position that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as expertise in food preparation and kitchen management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate all related culinary activities, including training and leading kitchen personnel.
  • Estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase food, ensuring quality and quantity meet customer expectations.
  • Select and develop recipes, standardize production recipes, and establish presentation techniques.
  • Plan and price menus, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance, safety, and sanitation in the kitchen.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a related position, preferably with a culinary degree.
  • Advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices.
  • Strong management and communication skills.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
