About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Sonrava Health. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact and communication for patients in our offices, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Greet patients in a timely, professional, and engaging manner, introducing them to the office and staff.
  • Treatment Coordination: Provide patient consultations, communicate information about recommended treatments, and discuss cost of service, insurance coverage, and payment options with patients.
  • Relationship Building: Build lasting relationships with patients by contacting them to follow up on visits, suggesting new or alternative treatments, and nurturing the patient relationship to encourage patient retention.
  • Team Collaboration: Work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible, supporting strategic local marketing initiatives that help drive brand awareness and new patient growth.
Requirements
  • 2 years of sales, customer service, or related work experience
  • Bilingual Spanish-English skills preferred
  • Ability to positively and proactively handle patient concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
  • Friendly, outgoing, and motivated personality
