We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the University Hospital in Madison, WI. As a key member of our ICU Trauma Center team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading nursing staff in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Motivate and lead nursing staff to ensure optimum patient care and efficient operations.
- Mentor others to grow professionally and advance their knowledge and skills.
- Direct and lead nursing staff to ensure quality service and sound financial management.
- Analyze and resolve problems that fall outside the domain of the nurse clinician and collaborate with other departments and care providers.
- 2 years of acute care experience within the last 3 years.
- Experience in an Academic Level Trauma center or similar size hospital.
- WI nursing license or compact license from their permanent address state.
- BLS and ACLS certification through American Heart Association.
- Basic Arrhythmia experience.
