Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Snethkamp CDJR. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing Customers

Welcoming customers and directing them to available mechanics, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

Consulting with Mechanics

Collaborating with mechanics to determine necessary repairs and exploring alternative solutions to minimize costs.

Sales and Service Expertise

Utilizing your knowledge of our products and services to provide in-depth information and sell or recommend available parts and service options to customers.

Customer Communication

Effectively communicating with customers regarding service outcomes, scheduling, and vehicle drop-off and pick-up.

Workflow Management

Overseeing the dealership's workflow and schedule, ensuring seamless operations and timely completion of tasks.

Customer Relationship Building

Maintaining positive relationships with customers to foster repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

An associate's degree in mechanics or a related field may be advantageous, as well as experience in the automotive industry.

Technical Skills

Proficiency with industry-specific software and a strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.

Soft Skills

Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
