Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Strategist to join our team at FORVIS. This role will focus on supporting clients in the Pharmacy and Clinic Services space, specifically as it relates to compliance, program optimization, and financial performance.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality work products consistently. They should be able to think independently and train other team members as needed. Travel up to 50% may be required, depending on client commitments.

Key Responsibilities

This position will involve assisting with financial/reimbursement assessments, developing provider-based strategies, and transitioning clinics to Rural Health Clinics (RHCs). The successful candidate will also provide guidance to clients regarding their 340B and other pharmacy operations.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Health Services Administration, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience working within the healthcare industry, specifically consulting or with a hospital, is also required. Strong technical skills, experience with spreadsheets, databases, and automated audit work paper systems are essential.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on location and experience.
