Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented professional to lead the design, development, and implementation of actuarial systems, ensuring they meet business needs with a strong focus on quality and adherence to deadlines and budgets. The ideal candidate will have experience with Prophet Professional, Prophet Enterprise, and other related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of actuarial systems
  • Configure and optimize the Prophet actuarial model
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting
  • Communicate technical decisions and changes to IT leadership and stakeholders
  • Document technical architectures, solutions, and changes
  • Enforce best practices and standard processes
  • Contribute to the technical vision and provide input on technical roadmaps
  • Manage technical aspects of projects and review external deliverables
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of Actuarial technology experience implementing finance, accounting, planning, forecasting, modeling, and reporting solutions
  • Technical experience with Prophet Professional, Prophet Enterprise, and other related technologies
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong leadership skills to lead teams with a mix of internal and external resources
  • Proven verbal and written communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong programming and analytical skills
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to weigh different options and associated risks/benefits
