Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our team and drive our restaurant's success. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service and quality food
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve efficiency, and maintain profitability
  • Collaborate with our Chef to plan menus, estimate food costs, and adjust menus as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
  • Manage labor costs, inventory, and supplies to maintain optimal levels
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and career growth
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service restaurant environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving efficiency, and maintaining profitability
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
