Key Responsibilities
  • Establish lasting relationships to foster repeat business.
  • Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist clients in selecting a vehicle by asking pertinent questions and actively listening to their preferences.
  • Enhance product and sales expertise to become a knowledgeable resource in the automotive sector. Stay informed about product offerings, customization options, and the latest technologies.
  • Conduct professional and informative presentations of new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Follow up with clients to generate referrals and encourage repeat sales.
  • Develop skills to effectively address and resolve objections in sales situations.
  • Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager regarding goals, initiatives, progress, and evaluations.
  • Bring a positive mindset and your best efforts to work each day.
