Job Title: Painter/Abrasive Blaster

We are seeking a skilled Painter/Abrasive Blaster to join our team at ADM in Decatur, IL. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for blasting and painting railcars to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Blasting and painting of railcars to meet quality and safety standards
  • Performing tasks involved in blasting and painting, including wearing respirators and following safety procedures
  • Meeting physical requirements of the position, including standing, sitting, and working in confined spaces
  • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Experience in industrial abrasive blasting and painting is preferred
  • Ability to perform tasks involved in blasting and painting and pass an entry-level blasting and painting test
  • Ability to wear respirators and follow safety procedures
