Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Licensed Nursing Services: Administer medications, take vital signs, and record resident information.
  • Assist with Daily Living Activities: Help residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, and other activities of daily living.
  • Monitor Resident Health: Recognize and report any changes in resident health, including abnormal vital signs or changes in behavior.
  • Support Resident Independence: Encourage residents to make informed decisions and maintain their independence.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with the Director of Nursing, Health and Wellness Director, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • CNA Licensure (if required by state)
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Ability to Work as Part of a Team
  • Excellent Communication Skills
