Donation Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Donation Attendant to join our team at Disability Solutions. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, promoting sales, and ensuring the efficient processing of donations.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to donors, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Donation Processing: Receive and process donations in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and stored.
- Inventory Management: Maintain a clean and organized production room, adhering to inventory management standards and ensuring that all merchandise is properly placed and displayed.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience.
- Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks as needed.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with donors, customers, and colleagues.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in processing donations and maintaining inventory.
- Physical Demands: Be able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods, with the ability to safely operate equipment such as pallet jacks and walkie stackers.
- Teamwork: Demonstrate a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
