We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Donation Attendant to join our team at Freedom Village Store in Sykesville, Maryland. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, receiving donations, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service to donors and customers, ensuring a positive experience at our store.
- Receive and process donations in a timely and efficient manner, following Goodwill's guidelines and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Goodwill's standards and expectations.
- Assist with loading and unloading merchandise, as needed, and operate equipment such as pallet jacks and walkie stackers.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work with diverse populations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable.
