Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Faculty/CE Instructor to join our team at InsideHigherEd. As a member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coursework in a engaging and innovative manner, reflecting the college's core values and teaching field.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Teach courses in accordance with the schedule of classes and follow approved course descriptions and syllabi
  • Assignments may include teaching on one or more of the college's campuses or off-site locations, including evening and weekend programs
  • May include Dual Credit courses
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Maintain all standards in accordance with college policies, procedures, and core values

 

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or higher in any field
  • Hold one of the following professional certifications:
  •     CompTIA Network+
  •     Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
  •     Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
  •     Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE)
  • Teaching experience is desired

 

Physical Demands:

  • Sedentary work involving sitting most of the time
  • May require standing, walking, and repetitive motions
  • Office environment with relatively free from unpleasant environmental conditions or hazards
