Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Professor of Dance to join our faculty team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching dance courses in a dynamic and engaging manner, reflecting a commitment to the college's core values and knowledge of the teaching field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach dance courses in accordance with the schedule of classes and follow approved course descriptions and syllabi.
  • Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning and engagement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum and assessments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the department chair or dean.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Dance or a related field with at least 18 graduate hours in the discipline.
  • Teaching experience in dance or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and administrators.
