Why Work for Freedom Caregivers?

As a Caregiver or Home Health Aide, you will have the rewarding opportunity to support our clients with activities of daily living, provide emotional support, and foster meaningful connections that enhance their quality of life.

We are a locally owned and operated home care agency that has been providing quality home care services since 2013. With over 10 years in business, we know how to care for our employees just as much as they care for our clients.

We offer a paid, comprehensive training program, as well as training shifts, plus paid travel time and mileage reimbursement. You will work with friendly and communicative supervisors who will work with your scheduling needs to promote work/life balance.

We provide essential health coverage for Full-Time employees, referral bonuses, pick up bonuses, an incentive program, paid time off for Full-Time employees, bi-weekly direct deposit, and daily or weekly pay advances through TapCheck.

Make a Difference in the Lives of Our Clients

Our caregivers make a tremendous difference in the lives of their clients every day by helping them to maintain their normal routines, reducing stress and anxiety, encouraging independence and self-directed care, postponing institutionalization and preventing premature decline, providing safe transport, and giving peace of mind and family support.

Join us in creating moments of joy, comfort, and companionship for those we serve. Together, we can make a difference, one heartfelt interaction at a time.

Requirements

We are looking for compassionate, caring, and motivated individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of seniors. You must be able to reliably show up to your client's home for scheduled shifts, have a valid Ohio Driver's License, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance, pass a criminal background check and drug test, and be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50lbs.
