About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong attention to detail. They will also be familiar with general maintenance and housekeeping practices and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
  • Assist with event setup and teardown operations, ensuring that all rooms and areas are prepared for events.
  • Monitor maintenance phone and respond to customer requests as needed.
  • Check heat and air units to ensure they are functioning within set points.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in general maintenance and housekeeping.
  • Familiarity with Office 365 software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
