Project Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team at Actalent. As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the preconstruction phase, developing and implementing cost-effective means of delivering our contracted scope. Your responsibilities will include preparing submittals, conducting formwork buy-out and planning, creating project schedules, and reviewing sub-tier submittals. You will also be responsible for maintaining data integrity and document control, including drafting RFIs and maintaining plan sets.

During the construction phase, you will assist the Project Manager in scope management, coordinating with the general contractor and maintaining sub-tier coordination. You will work closely with our team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:
Prior internship experience with a GC or civil/heavy civil company
Basic understanding of Bluebeam
Ensure projects are on time and within budget

Work Environment:
This is a fully on-site position in Clackamas, Oregon. You will be based out of our Clackamas office.
