Department Overview:

Engineering summer interns are placed within a department in Engineering, Propulsion Systems, or Hybrid, aligned with their technical expertise and interests. The role is project-centric, meaningful to the department, and allows the intern to take charge of a significant task, fostering a sense of personal achievement and contribution. Interns will gain exposure to corporate culture and develop essential communication and professional skills. They will also be considered for direct entry into the Chrysler Institute of Engineering (CIE) Trainee Program and will have the opportunity to apply knowledge from recent academic courses while enhancing their computer skills and learning new systems and software.

Internship Structure:

This internship can be conducted in either a remote or hybrid format. Remote assignments will involve a combination of off-site work and in-person engagements throughout the internship.
