Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled RN, Quality Peer Review Coordinator to join our team at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough reviews of patient care data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for quality enhancement.
  • Collaborate with medical staff and quality department to implement quality improvement initiatives and monitor progress.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide education and training to staff on quality improvement initiatives and best practices.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement quality improvement projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a hospital setting, preferably in quality assurance or case management.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory agencies and accreditation standards.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
