- Monitor patients' conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients and families.
- RN/LPN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing.
- Current CPR certification.
