Site Supervisor Group Home Leader

As a Site Supervisor Group Home, you will be responsible for managing and developing staff to ensure quality care and support for individuals with developmental disabilities or related disorders. You will work to create a positive work environment, deploy direct support staff effectively, and address health, safety, and environmental concerns. Additionally, you will oversee dietary supports, ensure protocols for communicating medical concerns are followed, and monitor budgets and finances. Key Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor direct support staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care and support.
- Create a positive work environment and deploy direct support staff effectively to meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Address and correct health, safety, and environmental concerns, and report safety and maintenance concerns as needed.
- Ensure clinical and behavioral support objectives and goals are implemented and documented.
- Provide oversight of dietary supports, including menu planning and grocery shopping.
- Ensure protocols for communicating medical concerns are being followed.
- Ensure medication administration records are current and ensure medical appointments are scheduled and met.
- Monitor the budgets and finances of the person(s) served.
- Collect and report management information to ensure continuous evaluation and improvement of operations.
- Implement fiscal processes and loss control programs to ensure appropriate allocation of financial resources.
- Monitor employee schedules, Teletime reports, and Punch Correction sheets.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required (Exceptions to educational requirements must comply with state law and regulations).
- Experience in providing services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities or related disorders preferred.
- Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
