We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Home Health Nurse to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care. As a leading provider of skilled pediatric home care, we prioritize the needs of our clients and value our nurses.

About the Role

This position involves providing high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children, enabling them to grow and flourish to their full potential. Our ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to excellence, respect, integrity, compassion, and social responsibility.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 care to our clients
  • Work flexible schedules to meet the needs of our clients
  • Utilize electronic charting using KanTime
  • Participate in education and clinical training opportunities
  • Contribute to career development and advancement opportunities
  • Participate in our Employee Assistance Program and Fidelity 401K
Requirements
  • RN/LPN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR certification
