Help Desk Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team at TEKsystems. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Document and track technical issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
