Job Description
We are seeking a forward-thinking and strategic HR leader who can combine data-driven decision-making with strong interpersonal skills to drive impactful organizational change. As a Talent Development and Engagement Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our global business and enhancing the employee experience.

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of talent planning, workforce strategies, and retention efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making, drive employee engagement strategies, and track workforce trends. Furthermore, you will develop and implement global employee engagement plans based on feedback from engagement surveys and continuous sentiment analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee engagement, organizational design, and workforce planning, as well as experience using data and analytics to drive decision-making. Strong change management experience and proven ability to partner with Talent Acquisition are also essential. We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, with an estimated base salary of $135,000.
