Home Health Companion

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Companion to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients, and providing emotional support.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Help clients with mobility, including transferring from beds, chairs, and wheelchairs, as well as walking and exercising.
- Administer prescribed medications as directed by healthcare providers and monitor clients for any adverse reactions.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist clients with feeding if necessary, while adhering to any dietary restrictions.
- Clean and maintain a safe and tidy living environment.
- Provide emotional support and companionship, engage clients in meaningful activities, and accompany them to appointments or outings.
