About the Position

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide to join our team at All Ways Caring HomeCare. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need of assistance. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of others while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Assist clients with daily activities such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and personal hygiene care
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Transport clients to appointments and engage in light duties as assigned

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • No prior experience necessary; orientation and training provided
  • Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license

  • Display accountability, reliability, and ability to work independently with good judgment
  • Pass a pre-employment background check
