About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our Seller & Category Solutions product team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end product strategies and solutions to drive revenue growth on TikTok Shop.

Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic, complex projects independently, working across multiple global product domains to define product design, strategy, and roadmap, setting performance metrics, and working with cross-functional product and engineering teams on implementation and successful launch.
  • Work with business stakeholders to identify pain points and growth opportunities, analyze financial impact, and validate product solution design recommendations.
  • Own the end-to-end product strategy and solution design. Prepare detailed product requirement documents in collaboration with internal domain product managers on product design, development, launch, and post-launch issue resolution and growth.
  • Work with Product Marketing to develop comprehensive GTM strategies that address the unique needs of a complex feature launch to ensure successful communication to our sellers and customers.
  • Drive continuous product solution innovation with deep industry, customer, competitive, and data-driven insights. Lead innovation for TikTok commerce solution.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in product management in the e-commerce industry. Experience in fashion, beauty, home & living, food & beverage or consumer electronics categories is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative setting on large, complex projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment and driving innovation on behalf of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to evaluate assumptions, make recommendations, and decisions, and drive execution.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholder audiences.
  • Ability to both think big and dive deep. Strong bias for action to deliver solid business results.
  • A growth mindset with strong commitment to continuous learning.
