Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting our sales consultants in the field, providing training and education on our products, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales consultants in the field through training and education on our products and sales processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Provide product information and training to customers, as well as inform them of new and current pricing, backorders, and company policies.
  • Work closely with our sales team to plan and prioritize sales calls, manage time effectively, and develop thorough knowledge of our products.
  • Communicate daily with our Territory Manager and Regional Business Manager to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Zero to four years of outside sales experience or equivalency.
  • Ability to travel up to 80%.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license and ability to meet BD's auto safety standards.
