Candidates must possess a comprehensive understanding of the Bank's offerings to effectively address the financial needs of our clientele.

This position entails:

  • Establishing branch objectives and driving growth.
  • Developing, motivating, training, and supervising branch staff.
  • Demonstrating strong supervisory or management experience.

Qualifications include:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Two or more years of additional training in banking or related fields is highly recommended.
  • A minimum of one year of successful supervisory or management experience.
  • Five years of experience in the financial sector, including roles as a teller and personal banker.
  • Experience in lending is required.
  • S.A.F.E registration is necessary upon employment.
