Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will take on a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Overseeing a diverse caseload of landlord-tenant issues from initiation to resolution.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating lease contracts, eviction notices, and related documentation.
- Representing clients, both landlords and tenants, in court hearings, mediations, and arbitration sessions.
- Conducting thorough legal research and preparing briefs, motions, and other legal documents.
- Advising clients on their rights and responsibilities under landlord-tenant legislation.

Qualifications:
