The Specialist must pinpoint growth opportunities for product and service integration, manage stock levels, introduce new offerings, implement services, recruit talent, and oversee visual presentation. Cultivating and sustaining relationships with salon owners, stylists, and spa professionals is essential. The Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting events that foster consumer engagement and brand loyalty.

Field Responsibilities (80% of Role):

  • Identify and secure new business prospects
  • Enhance salon teams through engagement and training
  • Meet sales targets and facilitate planning discussions with salons
  • Lead and manage salon teams in product sales
  • Leverage sales expertise to enhance field operations
  • Evaluate staff capabilities and provide constructive feedback for performance improvement
  • Collaborate with salons to design in-salon events

Training and Education:

  • Deliver impactful sales strategies and offer feedback
  • Advocate for Aveda products and services
  • Promote brand education and training for salon personnel
  • Establish strong connections with salon owners and teams

Administrative Responsibilities (20% of Role):

  • Analyze business performance and establish sales objectives
  • Maintain communication with accounts
  • Provide insights to central teams regarding market trends

Compensation: Base Salary Range: $68,000 - $102,000, with a comprehensive benefits package. The Estée Lauder Companies offer health insurance, wellness programs, retirement plans, paid leave, and additional perks.
