Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Installation Specialist to join our team at STERIS, a leading global provider of healthcare and life sciences solutions.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per yearKey Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling and coordinating equipment installations with customers and project managers;
  • Verifying site readiness for installation, including utilities and doorways;
  • Installing STERIS products, including uncrating, assembling, setting, leveling, connecting utilities, and testing units;
  • Providing daily updates to stakeholders and ensuring timely completion of installations;
  • Maintaining tools and inventory, as well as adhering to company safety protocols and procedures;
  • Collaborating with customers, contractors, and management to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, plus 5+ years of experience in electronics, mechanics, or a related field;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written);
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills;
  • Proficiency in computers and Windows software;
  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems;
  • Flexibility to handle multiple priorities and work flexible hours, including overtime and travel;
  • A valid driver's license.
Work Environment

This is a remote-based customer-facing position that requires frequent travel to support business needs. The ideal candidate will be based out of one of the following states: Arizona.
