  • Deliver basic evaluations for prevalent diagnoses. Recommend comprehensive assessments and communicate diagnostic study findings.
Patient History
  • Collect patient information using a structured template. Modify the template to extract relevant details based on potential diagnoses.
Patient Care
  • Present clinical information to the healthcare team. Organize and prioritize patient care activities. Engage in the development of patient management strategies.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Build rapport with patients and their families. Communicate effectively within the healthcare team and broader health system.
Practice-based Learning and Improvement
  • Formulate clinical inquiries and access relevant evidence. Participate in feedback discussions and establish learning objectives.

Qualifications

Education and Experience
  • Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner: Hold a graduate degree in nursing accredited by a recognized certifying body.

Licensure and Certification

Required:
