Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm welcome to guests and serve them with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist in the dining experience by running food and supporting servers and bartenders as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned areas.
  • Prepare tables with necessary items for service, ensuring a polished presentation.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of menu items, including preparation times, ingredients, and potential allergens.
  • Ensure the Back of House remains orderly and adheres to cleanliness standards.
