About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to lead our event security and sales efforts. As an Event Security and Sales Lead, you will be responsible for managing event security protocols, enforcing company standards, and developing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement event security protocols to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Train and supervise event staff on security procedures and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics to optimize event security and sales performance.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • 1-2+ years of experience in event management, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a dynamic, high-volume atmosphere.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year (depending on experience)
