* Collaborate with prospective students and applicants via phone, email, and text to provide personalized support and guidance
* Utilize tools like Recruit and Colleague to facilitate the admissions process and provide basic financial aid information
* Conduct campus tours and review transcripts to determine necessary admissions requirements
* Schedule placement testing and make decisions about admitting applicants into GMC
* Coordinate orientations and registration appointments with the graduation coach

Requirements:

* Associate degree or 2+ years of directly related experience
* One (1) or more years in customer service
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service and organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree
* College admissions experience
