  • Educate clients on the implications of various plan features, ensuring they are well-informed about their options and benefits.
  • Analyze client issues to determine effective solutions, striving for resolution on the first contact and collaborating with internal teams as necessary.
  • Engage in regular discussions with leadership to outline career development strategies and set performance goals.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of one year in customer service or sales roles is necessary.

Skills: Strong knowledge of insurance products and sales processes, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in office software are essential. Understanding of legal implications related to product features is also required.
