Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and develop maintenance plans
- Coordinate with clients to schedule maintenance and repairs
- Prepare and submit estimates and proposals for maintenance and repair work
- Provide detailed updates to project and regional managers
- 5+ years of experience in commercial facilities maintenance
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory MVR
- Ability to self-manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and PMs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Experience with work order management software preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
