Job Summary

The Commercial Property Manager is responsible for building and maintaining positive business relationships with clients, tenants, and service providers. This role oversees the daily operations of assigned retail, office, and industrial properties in central Kentucky.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Builds and maintains positive business relationships with clients, tenants, and service providers.
  • Oversees property management lease/rent cycle, including collaborating with leasing agents, preparing lease agreements, and collecting rent.
  • Prepares annual budgets and monitors monthly financial performance.
  • Approves invoices for payment and prepares monthly reports for owners and management.
  • Solicits, reviews, and compares bids for services related to maintenance, renovations, or improvements on properties.
  • Travels to properties to tour/inspect regularly to review property and equipment conditions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one (1) year's experience in commercial property management of retail, office, and industrial properties.
  • Experience utilizing AppFolio Property Management Software is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation.
