  • Lead the maintenance team in ensuring the optimal performance of production equipment and machinery.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan to prevent downtime and ensure efficient production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues.
  • Manage inventory levels of maintenance materials, supplies, and replacement parts.
  • Review and prioritize work orders to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including OSHA standards.
  • Develop and maintain accurate maintenance logs and repair records.
  • Provide regular updates and recommendations to management on maintenance-related matters.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance workers, electrical, and mechanical operations teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in high-speed production equipment maintenance.
  • Proven track record of leadership and supervisory experience in maintenance roles.
  • Proficiency in Auto-CAD is a plus.
